Shipping Policy
Deliveries will be processed in 1 to 3 (one to three) business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after confirmation of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Deliveries may be delayed for various reasons and Mamma Pakkie will accept no liability for these delays. Delivery will be charged at a flat rate with free shipping available in certain circumstances, as listed on the Website.
You will receive email notifications upon order placement, confirmation of receipt of payment, processing, and dispatch of items by courier. Mamma Pakkie will provide you with a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dropped off with the courier company. Please use the tracking number provided and allow some time before tracking your parcel. It can take up to 24 hours for a courier to book a parcel into their hub, so if you find that there isn’t information available when you track your parcel, please wait a little while and try again.
Mamma Pakkie only ships inside the Republic of South Africa and does not export any products. We make use of a third-party courier service and therefore do not accept nor take any responsibility for the following:
- Delays in delivery once an order has been dropped off with the third-party courier
- Delays owing to incomplete information provided by customers
- Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers
- Deliveries received and signed for at the shipping address by persons other than the purchaser
